Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you are satisfied with your order, but if you're not, each order includes a ready made 'Return Label' and instructions for returning your products and receiving a refund. The instructions include an email address. Please send an email before returning your product. Use the shipping materials and the return label when requested. We can not accept returns over 45 days from purchase date.
Shipping Costs and Delivery
Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on the weekend will ship on the following Monday. On USA Postal Holidays, please allow an additional 24 hours.
For international orders, be sure to select the proper shipping method and check-out with Paypal.
